Foundation Land Partners, together with its affiliates (“Foundation,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time at its sole discretion and without sending notice to you, so you should review this Privacy Policy periodically. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Foundation’s policy is to protect the confidentiality of any individually identifiable information that you provide, and we limit access to that information only to those with a need to know such information. Foundation collects the following information from you: identifiers such as your name, phone number, address, email address, and information about your property from any additional documents you provide for purposes of helping us evaluate such property.

Sale of Information
Foundation has not disclosed and/or sold personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding 12 months and will not sell the personal information of minors where it has actual knowledge that they are under 16 years of age without affirmative authorization to do so.

Disclosure of Information

TRACKING

To the extent we link to social media sites, and from time to time may include third-party advertisements, other parties may collect your personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you visit our websites.

Please note that not all tracking will stop even if you delete cookies.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL FOUNDATION BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT MAY ARISE FROM A CLAIM OF BREACH OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

PROCESS FOR REVIEW AND CHANGES
Given the limited information collected and the form in which Foundation receives such information, Foundation does not offer a process for review and changes to personal information.

YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
You have the right to request that Foundation disclose to you what information it collects, uses, discloses, and sells. You also have the right to request that a business delete any personal information about you which the business has collected about you. Please note that for your protection, any request sent to Foundation to delete your personal information will be subject to our verification procedures, including verifying the identity of the requesting individual against the personal information we have. Foundation shall not discriminate against you for exercising any of your above rights.

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request to exercise your rights on your behalf. For your protection, we reserve the right to deny any request from an agent who does not submit proof that they have been authorized to act on your behalf.

Foundation has no actual knowledge that it sells personal information of minors under age 16.

California’s “Shine the Light” Law
Under California’s “Shine the Light” law, a California resident with whom Foundation has an established relationship has the right to request information about Foundation’s disclosure of personal information to affiliated companies or third parties for their direct marketing purposes, within the immediately preceding calendar year, subject to certain exceptions. YOUR NEVADA PRIVACY RIGHTS
Nevada residents may submit a verified request not to sell their personal information by contacting us by writing to us at info@foundationlandpartners.com. We will respond to that request within 60 days, with an extension of up to an additional 30 days if needed.

CHILDREN AND MINORS
Foundation makes no active effort to collect personal information from children under the age of 18 and does not wish to receive any such information.
