Foundation’s policy is to protect the confidentiality of any individually identifiable information that you provide, and we limit access to that information only to those with a need to know such information. Sale of Information
Foundation has not disclosed and/or sold personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding 12 months and will not sell the personal information of minors where it has actual knowledge that they are under 16 years of age without affirmative authorization to do so.

Disclosure of Information
Foundation may preserve or disclose personally identifiable information you provide to its affiliates or third parties if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) complete the requested transaction; (b) comply with law, regulation or legal process; (c) enforce this Privacy Policy; (d) respond to claims that any information you provide violates the rights of third parties; (e) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Foundation, its employees, its partners and/or the public; (f) conduct the business and operations of Foundation; or (g) in relation to the sale, assignment, merger, transfer or acquisition of all or substantially all of Foundation’s business.

Foundation may disclose information collected from or about you to the government, insurance providers, or to other third parties to comply with applicable law, regulations, governmental and quasi-governmental requests and investigations, court orders, subpoenas or other legal process, or to defend itself in legal matters. To the extent we link to social media sites, and from time to time may include third-party advertisements, other parties may collect your personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you visit our websites.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL FOUNDATION BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT MAY ARISE FROM A CLAIM OF BREACH OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Given the limited information collected and the form in which Foundation receives such information, Foundation does not offer a process for review and changes to personal information.

You have the right to request that Foundation disclose to you what information it collects, uses, discloses, and sells. You also have the right to request that a business delete any personal information about you which the business has collected about you. Foundation has no actual knowledge that it sells personal information of minors under age 16.

California’s “Shine the Light” Law
Under California’s “Shine the Light” law, a California resident with whom Foundation has an established relationship has the right to request information about Foundation’s disclosure of personal information to affiliated companies or third parties for their direct marketing purposes, within the immediately preceding calendar year, subject to certain exceptions.
